Q. if i lift a lot of weights will i look big and bulky?

A. A lot of women think their muscles will get big and bulgy if they lift weights. Not true. Weight lifting does build muscles, but muscles take up less space then fat, making your body look appear sleek and toned.So don't be afraid to pump some iron!
